Hostel located in the La Latina district of Madrid that was looking for an increase in modernity and comfort for its guests. Automated systems to facilitate access, temperature or air quality are optimal 24 hours a day without relying on staff dedicated to manually control changes and needs.
In this Hostel there is the possibility of booking whole rooms or beds in rooms with more people.

Solution
An automation project was carried out for the lighting, air-conditioning and air renewal systems, which work mainly by presence and are linked to the card readers.
The air renewal system is activated to gradually change the stale air in the rooms in order to provide the maximum possible comfort and fresh air for the employees during their stay.
Operating modes such as Comfort Mode or Day/Night Mode are set via the card slot to adapt lighting and temperatures.
Next to each bed, the guest can set up sockets or a reading lamp so that he/she can have an intimate moment even if he/she is in a shared room.
