At Enerpime-Domotrek, we had a clear premise: building automation isn't explained from a catalog; it's experienced firsthand. The goal of this showroom stems from our passion for technology and the need to demonstrate the real advantages of a smart space to individual clients, interior designers, and technical specifiers.

We sought to create a dynamic demonstration environment where we could practically, seamlessly, and transparently show how comfort, energy efficiency, and security coexist when all systems operate under the same logic, demonstrating that advanced technology can be both invisible and remarkably easy to use.

To transform the space into a comprehensive technical showcase, an integrated installation was designed based on the Loxone ecosystem, combining native equipment with integrations of standard market protocols:

Integrated Audio (Multiroom): Deployment of an intelligent audio system that, in addition to enabling music playback and the creation of immersive sound environments, fully integrates as an acoustic alert system for the showroom (intercom buzzer, alarms, and text-to-speech notifications).

Access Control and Intercom: Implementation of the Loxone Intercom with two-way video and audio, complemented by intelligent opening of the main door through the integration of the Nuki motorized lock.

Architectural and Dynamic Lighting: Comprehensive lighting management via DALI bus, combining pendant lights, Loxone surface-mounted ceiling lights, and indirect RGB backlighting in curtain rods to generate visual scenes. Control is automated thanks to high-precision presence sensors.

Multi-protocol climate control: Zonal integration of Midea climate control units via Airzone Aidoo gateways communicating via Modbus, enabling precise control of setpoints, modes, and ventilation, synchronized with showroom occupancy.

Sun protection and shading: Automated control of standard market blinds with RF motors, successfully integrated into the ecosystem using an RS-485 gateway.

Energy management and continuity: Real-time monitoring of overall and zoned electrical consumption, integration of a smart electric vehicle charger, and critical power backup via Loxone Power Supply Backup, ensuring system operability in the event of power outages.

Interfaces and user experience: Deployment of fully intuitive control via the 10" Wall Display as the central monitoring console, complemented by Touch Pure Display and Touch Pure Flex touch buttons customized for each zone.
