The Blue Lagoon model house from the prefabricated house manufacturer VARIO-HAUS was equipped with Loxone. Elegant design meets modern Smart Home on almost 153 m2. The Loxone system can relieve us of many tasks in everyday life. In the Blaue Lagune prefabricated house in Wiener Neudorf, the advantages of automation can be viewed from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Solution
In the ESPRIT Blaue Lagune show house, the lighting was automated using presence detectors based on time and movement. This ensures that the lighting comes on where it is really needed. The intelligent shading was implemented using roller shutters and external venetian blinds. The multi-room audio system was also implemented using the Loxone audio server.
A major focus was also placed on safety and energy management. Window handles, smoke detectors and push notifications in the event of unusual movements ensure that the house is safe even when you are away. The access system was implemented using Intercom and NFC Code Touch. The house's PV system was integrated into the Loxone system with the Fronius PV inverter, and smart sockets ensure that devices that are not required are switched off.
