Mont Blanc Apartment

We were commissioned to deliver an extensive home automation solution in a contemporary apartment overlooking Mont Blanc in Chamonix. The brief was to celebrate home automation while keeping the home easy to use, the design elegant and most importantly comfortable to live in.



One feature, which was important to our client, was to create a media hub in the living area which did not overwhelm the design of the overall space.

Our highly experienced team at Automate London brought together lighting, climate control, AV and access, creating a truly intelligent home which is easy to control and makes for more convenient living for our clients!



In every room, there is a mix of accent and task lighting, to create both a functional and aesthetic design, allowing for perfect lighting for every occasion. Presence sensors throughout means that the home intelligently delivers the right lighting mood at the right time.



We also integrated the heating and cooling system, allowing for zoned climate control throughout the property, meaning each room could be set to different temperatures.



We worked to install a discreet media setup in the living/kitchen open plan area. Therefore, we installed the discreet yet high performing Loxone speakers in the ceiling for the perfect hidden audio solution, a projector and projector screen, all controlled by Loxone to create a concealed solution.
