Challenge
The owner of a house in Banská Bystrica fulfilled his dream in 2022. He drew inspiration for his new house from his travels around the world. He used the Loxone system to control it.
Solution
The brain of the entire building is the Miniserver, which, in addition to the predator statue at the entrance to the house, controls all other technologies - from lighting, heating, air conditioning, audio, alarm and sauna. The villa consists of 9 rooms, all of which feature Loxone's Touch Pure Tree button standard. The installation of the Loxone system in MB Residence was carried out by INERGO, s.r.o.
It is not just a house, but a dream come true and the materialization of all dreams and plans. And that's in terms of architecture, design and of course technology. It may be too eccentric for some, but it has a soul and is definitely full of details that make it unique.
