Luxury family cottage

The investor of this project was already decided on the intelligent control system of the brand Loxone. His decision was mainly influenced by the fact that he has been using it in his family home for several years. The requirements were clearly defined: the highest possible user comfort associated with the control of access, lighting, shading, audio zones and heating and, of course, control of the sauna. The building was designed for recreational purposes, and the control of the cottage should also be adapted to this for maximum comfort.

Customer satisfaction is a priority and a challenge, as with all our projects, so we focused on the fact that the control of the cottage was as convenient as possible for the user. The Loxone system is characterized by the perfect cooperation of various devices in one ecosystem, and so it is in this case as well. Starting with Miniserver, audio server, through several relay extensions, Touch Pure Tree buttons, presence sensors, heating heads, shading control, intercom and NFC keyboard, up to sauna control, everything works as a unit. Turning on the heating or sauna before arriving at the cottage is no problem for the mobile application. We have successfully mastered the challenge and the owners are already happily enjoying the convenience and comfort that the Loxone system brings them.
