LOXONE Smart Home in Wieleń

A property in Wieleń, with residential and commercial spaces, was gradually expanded into a fully automated building. From the outset, the goal was for a system that would operate in the background, operate locally, and grow with needs – from interiors to exteriors.

Lighting – Presence- and light-dependent control; LOXONE spots and dimmable luminaires throughout the house, LOXONE RGB LED strips for indirect lighting in the kitchen, and indirect illumination of stair steps.
Shading – Roller blinds lower automatically depending on the sun's position and room temperature.
Heating – Temperature control in each room with LOXONE actuators; Alpha Innotec heat pump connected directly to the Miniserver.
Cooling – Passive cooling via heat pump (surface cooling); tiled areas are turned off to prevent uncomfortably cold floors.
Ventilation – Natural ventilation through electric Velux roof windows: heat out, fresh air in, automatically.
Security – Alarm system with siren; every door and window monitored by a sensor. Flood sensor and Belimo shut-off valve on the main water supply, which automatically shuts off the water supply during absences.
Access – Intercom, Door Lock, and Hörmann entrance gate. Two separate zones with their own permissions for the commercial and residential areas.
Operation modes: night mode, "all off," and absence mode with presence simulation; Eco mode reduces energy consumption during extended absences.

Energy management: PV system with energy storage, electric car, and 22 kW wallbox; extensive self-consumption optimization.

Planned expansion.

Irrigation: automatic garden irrigation; rainwater tank monitoring with an ultrasonic sensor with automatic switching between rainwater pump and city water.
Swimming pond: a natural swimming pond in the form of an infinity pool; the overflow pump operates when the PV system has a surplus.
Garden: outdoor lighting and outdoor audio.
Multi-room audio system in the home.
Sauna with light and music control.
