Challenge
Unifying disparate technologies into a single functional unit
The main challenge of this extensive modernization of the building – including insulation, window replacement and installation of new sources – was to ensure that the new energy did not operate in isolation. We needed to synchronize complex systems such as an exchanger station, 100kWp photovoltaics, 200kWh battery storage and a network of charging stations with the requirements for individual heating of individual rooms. Managing the data flow and control in a building with almost 300 peripherals required designing a highly stable and robust topology that would ensure smooth operation without delays and compromises in comfort.

Modernization of the Archbishop's Diocese Hostel: Smart Climate and Green Energy
We delivered a comprehensive automation and energy management system for the Archbishop's Hostel. The goal was to combine efficient energy production with maximum comfort for the guests.
Heat source and distribution: Complete control of the heat exchanger station and regulation of the heating circuits.
Zone control: Installation of Loxone Tree thermostatic heads and elegant Touch Pure Flex control panels in the rooms for intuitive guest control.
Renewable sources and monitoring: Integration and supervision of photovoltaics (100 kWp) and battery storage (200 kWh).
Electromobility for guests: Delivery and management of Loxone Wallbox Tree charging stations (22 kW).
