HOTEL LA SAGRERA

A century-old house converted into a rustic hotel with a designation of historical monument in its town.

This project maintained the hotel's core essence while automating all its energy, lighting, and security systems.

Thanks to the Loxone system, home automation has been installed in all services, creating a fully automated hotel with no need for reception staff from check-in to check-out.

Stone walls and nonexistent access points for installations have been the biggest challenge to overcome when automating all the rooms and common areas.

Thanks to Air technology, we have been able to automate every corner of this monumental hotel.

Upon entering the hotel, even though no one greets us at reception, the pleasant music that plays and the lights guide us to our room makes our stay at the hotel a pleasant experience.

When we enter the room, the climate control is set and a general lighting scene is activated, which we can intuitively change thanks to the Touch Pure Flex buttons. Meanwhile, when it gets dark, the night mode comes into play. If we get up to go to the bathroom without having activated anything, a dim scene will come on without waking us up more than necessary.
