At the Foir’Fouille store in Chambly, we implemented a building management system (BMS) in an occupied building, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the BACS and Tertiary decrees. This BMS controls the air conditioning equipment, manages lighting in the sales area and outdoors, and integrates comprehensive energy metering with measurement of electricity consumption for the entire building (with load shedding capacity), the air conditioning equipment, and the lighting (sales areas, offices, and exterior).

Installation and setup of a miniserver with a Modbus extension enabling the retrieval of energy meter readings and the control of the heating and air conditioning system. Centralization of lighting controls for the building's various zones via time schedules and motion detection, including the implementation of a lighting schedule for the store's signage with the aim of saving energy. Implementation of intelligent indoor climate management, anticipating heating and cooling needs, as well as the deployment of energy consumption and efficiency indicators for optimized performance monitoring.
