The investor only required us to do a rough installation, but after a long discussion, he finally chose our smart home solution.
Solution
Loxone, which connects the technologies of the house into one environment. The goal was not to create a house in which the owner must constantly control everything by phone. On the contrary - most of the common functions are carried out automatically according to the current situation. In individual rooms, the system controls lighting, shading, heating and cooling. Control is possible via controllers, an application, central functions or automatically according to the presence of people and other conditions.
The owner wanted a self-sufficient house that would be controlled automatically and would connect all technologies into one functional unit, which is why LOXONE technology was the clear choice.
