Challenge
Implementation of the basic electrical installation and taking into account the control of lighting, heating, cooling, heat recovery, LAN network, alarm and property monitoring.
Solution
During the ongoing work on wiring the building with a classic electrical installation, the client became convinced of the modern smart home system based on Loxone.
To minimize losses generated by replacing cables already laid on the first floor, we installed Nano2Reley in each box where initially there was supposed to be a classic switch, and we added a Tree bus to the Touch buttons and occupancy sensors in each room.
The wires from the window reed switches were directed to the Miniserver
We used a local RGBW 24V Dimmer Tree to drive the LED strip circuits.
The heating system based on a gas boiler and a fireplace with a water jacket feeding the underfloor heating was measured with 1-Wire sensors, and the pumps were controlled by relays from the main switchboard and Tree actuators in the distributors.

The Loxone system fully met the constantly growing customer expectations. As he learned about the system's capabilities, he was amazed that the only way to change the operation of home control systems was to modify the software.
