In this project, we have significantly increased comfort and convenience for the user by automating routine tasks. With the Loxone system, we not only optimized energy efficiency, but also promoted sustainable living through efficient water management. It was particularly important to us to ensure the highest level of security and data protection for our customers. Through the intelligent integration of Loxone technologies, we were able to automate daily tasks in such a way that the user both saves time and lives in a secure and energy-efficient environment.

The intelligent lighting and shading control adjusts the intensity of the lighting to the daylight and optimizes the use of the blinds to make use of the natural light and support the heating/cooling.



The temperature in each room is automatically adjusted according to the user's needs. Keyless access via biometrics ensures security, and the system protects against burglary, fire and water damage.



The air conditioning system provides fresh air, while the pool technology automatically regulates the heating, water treatment and pool attractions. A fully automatic sauna and control of the outdoor pond with filtration and waterfall round off the comfort.



The water management system uses rainwater from a retention basin and supplements it with water from the well as required. The irrigation system is optimized by a weather station to supply the garden efficiently.
