Challenge
In the new Faro Greenpark complex in Cadzand, there was a need for a clear and fair energy distribution for the common areas of the building. Without separate meters, it was difficult to correctly allocate consumption to installations and prepare a transparent billing statement.
Solution
slimmr installed 6 MID-certified energy meters to measure the consumption of the main communal facilities.
The following consumers are monitored separately:
2 elevators
basement lighting and ventilation
basement entrance ramp heating
total main consumption of the building
PV generation
The PV installation with SolarEdge inverters was integrated via Modbus TCP so that consumption and generation are visible in the same system.
All energy flows are monitored centrally via Loxone, keeping management simple and clear.
