Dom Nuvo

The multifunctional building in the center of Čadca is a new project that has been underway since the end of 2023. The investor's main goal was to have all technologies such as heating, cooling, ventilation, security, lighting, access, and heat and cold consumption measurement in one system/application. Loxone was the ideal choice for this.

There are several operations – currently seven, each with its own secondary switchboard where the Miniserver is located. A total of eight Miniservers are installed. Communication between them takes place via Tree Intercom, but we also use GateWay-Client.

The Viessmann gas boilers and the entire boiler room were integrated via Modbus RTU, as were the Sinclair air handling unit and fan coils. The chillers for cooling were also integrated via Modbus RTU. The access system works simply and reliably thanks to Loxone Intercom with an NFC keypad.
