Corner 21

The "Corner 21" project is a residential and commercial property in Vorarlberg, Austria. In the office building there are several different businesses such as a dentist, a personal trainer, an architect's office, Loxone Partner VIDEX and also the responsible project developer Inside96. There are also 14 apartments in the building. Whether lighting, shading, air conditioning, access, audio or energy management - the entire building was equipped with Loxone technology.

The 14 residential units are controlled centrally via Loxone Miniservers. Eight of them via a client-gateway network, the remaining six apartments received a Miniserver Compact. In the residential units, lighting, shading, air conditioning and the access system were implemented with Loxone.

Several Audioservers were also installed in the building in order to be able to issue doorbells and warning messages. The entire lighting and shading as well as access to the building were implemented with Loxone. In the house there are also shared washing machines, which are available to all residents. Billing is done via an NFC Code Touch and enables detailed billing for each residential unit.
