City Walk Apartment

Full automation for small sized apartment and less budget.

This City Walk apartment overlooking the Downtown skyline is fully automated with LOXONE. In each room, one glass control panel runs lighting, climate, curtains, sheers and audio. One-touch scenes for mornings, dining and entertaining set everything together, and the curtains open automatically each morning. The technology stays in the background while the home follows the owner's daily routine.
