Modular wooden house

A modular wooden house project with one objective: Obtain maximum energy efficiency by automating all functionalities with great control over climate and heat recovery. The overall project should have come as close as possible to a Passivhaus.



The controls in the home were: 98% of the lighting at 24V adjustable, blinds control in the office, kitchen and living room, air conditioning control in water fan coils, aerothermal control, security through presence detectors, access control. ..



Throughout the project we did not face any difficulties that we could not solve. However, the highlight of the project was the fact that the lighting plan has been changed several times and we had to re-do everything to meet the objective.



The most interesting part of the project was getting to understand the client's final vision of what the finished project should look like. On a visual level, the highlight was arriving with the lighting project above expectations.

Through Loxone we have been able to solve all the client's requirements. One of the most notable was the lighting control, recessed rails with adjustable lights in the living room/kitchen using the Loxone/Dali walkway, it was a complete success. The control of energy efficiency and air conditioning was very important.
