Challenge
Complete refurbishment of a dilapidated villa.
A particular challenge was a lift window in the living room measuring over 3 metres. This lowers down into the cellar and is operated by a very robust mechanism. LOXONE played a major role here, as it can truly adapt to almost any electronic system.
The ventilation in the very large rooms was also implemented perfectly using Leaf and controlled via LOXONE Tree.
As the client had opted for some high-end designer lighting, I was able to integrate this perfectly via DALI. Amongst many other requirements, there was also a request for intelligent control of the solar system and wallbox. What better system could there be to solve this than LOXONE?
