Challenge
Mr. Najman's house became the Building of the Year of the Zlín Region for 2021 in the category of family houses. The jury evaluated, among other things, technical solutions that take into account energy efficiency. Loxone intelligent automation took care of technology management in the house.
Solution
The owner of Loxone appreciates the very well-processed energy measurement, as well as automatic consumption management, such as sauna switching, heating of gutters and downspouts, or chargers for electric cars. Loxone also controls the heating. Intelligent energy management then decides when to switch comfort appliances on and off to optimize consumption. In addition, lighting, shading and motorized sunroofs are automatically controlled. Siemens appliances are also integrated. The garden has automatic irrigation. This is a complex Loxone installation, which the owner is planning to further expand.
In the first weeks or months, the smart home will usually show which functions need to be adapted to the satisfaction of the residents. This is very easy with Loxone, and once tuned, such a household makes life much easier for its residents, and relieves them of unnecessary worries. I find it very important for smart home residents to trust.
