Challenge
Reconstruction of a historic building into a luxury apartment hotel.
Solution
Each room is equipped with its own Miniserver for thermal comfort control and DALI lighting. Flex was chosen as the control element. The integration of LG autonomous heating/cooling plays a crucial role. Common areas are equipped with presence sensors for lighting control.
Thanks to its flexibility, Loxone made it possible to respond to changes during implementation.
