Multifunctional building Bohunice

The project includes 250 residential units with a total area of 10,500 m² and a two-story underground parking lot with an area of 18,000 m². The original design did not include intelligent control. The individual technologies (floor heating regulation with wireless thermostats, energy readings via M-Bus, house communications, access system, boiler room and MaR) were solved as separate units. We saw room for improvement in their connection into a single system and in energy load management with regard to the available power input of the building. We designed the Loxone system so that all the technologies of the building come together under one roof. Each apartment unit has its own Miniserver Compact, which controls underfloor heating, blinds, lighting, audio, etc. via Tree Heads and Touch Tree or Touch Pure Tree controllers...

The access system with facial recognition, RFID and NFC is built on Akuvox components, which we connected to Loxone via API. Loxone also runs access to garages, boiler rooms, energy readings and, in accordance with the investor's requirements, everything else that can be controlled by this system.

In numbers, this means approximately 260 Miniserver Compact, 1,100 Tree Heads, 1,100 Touch Tree and Touch Pure Tree controllers, 1,000 Air Blind actuators and extensive communication via M-Bus, DALI and Modbus RS-485 buses, along with a number of other Loxone components.

We have also created a simple configurator for future apartment owners, in which they can expand the Loxone system with additional elements with Air technology as part of client changes.
