Our building project was clear from the start: the house, garage and garden needed to be intelligently networked and fully automated. With Loxone, we have implemented a system that makes our everyday life more convenient, efficient and secure.

In the house, Loxone controls the lighting, shading, heating and air conditioning fully automatically - adapted to the time of day, weather and our needs. The garage opens automatically as soon as we arrive, and the lighting switches on depending on the time of day and movement.

Our garden is also smart: watering depends on the weather and soil moisture, so that resources are used optimally. Intelligent outdoor lighting also provides atmospheric lighting and additional security.

Thanks to seamless automation, everything runs in the background without us having to intervene. Our home adapts to us - not the other way around.

Our aim was to create a perfectly networked smart home for the house, garage and garden. Sophisticated planning enabled seamless integration of all systems.



Access is via app or NFC code touch, supplemented by a fingerprint reader at the house entrance. DALI-controlled lighting provides individually customizable lighting moods, while RGBW accents and a multi-room audio system ensure the perfect ambience.

Security is guaranteed by presence detectors and window and door contacts that are integrated into the alarm system. Loxone also regulates the indoor climate, air quality and humidity. Smart heat recovery keeps the air fresh, while blinds automatically provide optimum shading.

Our garden is also intelligently networked: Three rainwater tanks, each with 10,000 liters, feed an automated irrigation system that switches between rainwater and well water depending on the fill level. A weather station controls the system precisely.

The terrace with sliding pergola, LED lighting and audio speakers rounds off the system. With Loxone, we have created a home that adapts intuitively to our needs - for maximum comfort, security and energy efficiency.
