Apartments Houses

The client wanted to have their 3 apartment buildings that they own have a universal common automation system.

Each apartment has its own Miniserver which is responsible for its specific ventilation, cooling, heating and shading. Then there are several Miniservers across the building for wider building automation like the heat pump, parking gates, building ventilation, water and electricity meters, weather station, intercom and the outside lighting.
