Apartment buildings in Písek
- Country CZ, Písek
- Build year 2026
- Area 1000 m²
- LOXONE partner SOFIM, spol. s r.o.
Challenge
New construction of small apartment buildings for the 21st century.
Solution
Apartment building with six units equipped with Miniservers. Relay outputs provide control of underfloor heating, blinds and lighting. The Loxone application is integrated into a third-party access system. Each apartment counts its own consumption, which it then reports.
We can implement apartment buildings with hundreds or even thousands of residential units.
