Project Requirements:

-Create smart home solutions for a total of 131 apartments in accordance with current building Class B standards.

-Implement heating, cooling, and ventilation control and monitoring systems for each apartment.

-Integrate an intercom system for seamless communication with visitors.

-Collect data from approximately 700 M-Bus meters within the building complex.

-Include garage gate control and monitoring as part of the smart home solution.

-Ensure that access to the Loxone app is functional both locally and remotely via the internet.



Additional Details:

-The smart home solutions should be designed to enhance comfort, efficiency, and security for the residents of the 131 apartments.

-Compliance with current building Class B standards is essential for the successful implementation of the project.

-The integration of various systems should be seamless and user-friendly for the residents.



Key Deliverables:

1. Detailed design proposal for smart home solutions in 131 apartments.

2. Implementation plan outlining the installation process and system integration.

3. Testing and commissioning report for all integrated systems.

4. User manuals and training sessions for residents on system usage.

5. Ongoing support and maintenance plan post-installation.
