ABA Projekt s.r.o. offices

ABA Projekt built its own headquarters on the ground floor of a new apartment building on Varšavské náměstí in Olomouc - offices for employees and owners with complete facilities, two meeting rooms, a showroom and a client center. They wanted a safe, representative space with lots of lights, quiet ventilation and cooling, and most importantly without a bunch of controllers and applications for each technology separately.

Everything runs on one Miniserver. The most interesting thing is the ceiling: the same system heats in winter and cools in summer, which is not often seen in offices of this size. CO2-controlled ventilation helps it dehumidify in summer. The camera and access system is fully integrated into Loxone - the garage door opens according to the license plate, the offices are entered with a face or a card in Apple Wallet. Photovoltaics are also connected, which power the offices and wallboxes. In addition, there are over sixty lighting circuits with tunable white, roller blinds, music and consumption measurement. The people in the office only need one application for all this.
