The aim of the project was to design and implement fully automated lighting for one of the largest fitness centers in Slovakia, which would not only be functional, but also visually attractive and experiential for visitors. The solution had to reflect the continuous operation of the center in 24/7 mode, and therefore the key was the automatic activation of lighting based on presence, as well as smooth dimming according to the time of day with the possibility of changing the lighting moods in individual zones.

One of the biggest technical challenges was the dynamic lighting elements in the form of the so-called "running arrows" in the color spectrum, which create a movement and orientation effect in the space, as well as the spinning room, where the intensity and color of the lighting automatically adapt to the pace and difficulty of the training. This achieved a strong visual experience that supports the motivation of exercisers and completes the overall atmosphere of the training.

The solution also included automatic control of security shutters in the reception windows and linking the entire system with the attendance system, which enables intelligent operation management, increased security and optimization of energy consumption. The result is a comprehensive smart system that combines technological innovation, energy efficiency and modern design into one functional unit.

The solution was to create custom lighting for 24 V using LED strips, which are controlled by the LOXONE system. More than 70 RGBW 24V Compact Dimmer Tree modules were deployed throughout the building, which control individual lighting sections and enable the creation of dynamic lighting scenes and moods. Their placement in different parts of the building was easily feasible thanks to the bus connection.

This solution ensured that the power supplies and RGBW 24V Compact Dimmer Tree modules are located in the immediate vicinity of the powered lamps, which minimizes voltage drops and guarantees reliable and stable operation of the entire system. The control of switched lamps and security shutters is implemented via Nano 2 Relay Tree modules, which achieves high flexibility and fast response of the system in everyday operation.
