As experts in advanced technology integration and smart homes, we were commissioned to implement the premium section of the Císařská vinice development project.

Smarteon and the developer pursued the common goal of enabling a healthy and comfortable life through technology integration. The Loxone system fulfills security requirements and enables user-friendly management of all technologies. After analyzing the existing solution, we recommended extending the standard to include cable preparation for biodynamic lighting and later control via the DALI protocol.



We worked closely with the trades, e.g. in the placement of loudspeakers and motion detectors in concrete ceilings. Through individual consultation, many villas were equipped with advanced features such as audio systems, PV integration, wellness areas, camera systems and advanced energy monitoring.



In most villas there is a central control panel with Loxone components. Some villas have distributed lighting control to secondary control panels. The system includes chilled ceiling systems that enable dew point monitoring through Loxone. We have also set up user modes such as biodynamic lighting and a “vacation mode”. The building is managed via a visualization system specially tailored to the project.
