Mounting Door Lock Air Inductive↑
Insert the Door Lock Air into the door leaf:
![]() | The auxiliary latch must not engage with the strike plate. |

The markings on both the transmitter and receiver units must be aligned, and the gap between the two components must be 2–3 mm to ensure optimal inductive power transfer:

Adjusting the inductive power transmitter
The transmitter module can be slightly adjusted in both height and depth to ensure precise alignment with the receiver unit.
| A) Adjust height | B) Adjust depth (gap) |
|---|---|
| 1. Loosen the screws. 2. Slide the module to the desired height. 3. Tighten the screws. | 1. Remove the screws. 2. Add or remove spacers until the correct gap is reached. - Recommended gap: 2–3 mm (max. 5 mm) 3. Tighten the screws. |

Mounting Door Lock Air Battery↑
Insert the Door Lock Air into the door leaf:
![]() | The auxiliary latch must not engage with the strike plate. |

Insert the supplied batteries into the device:
![]() | The DIN standard Door Lock Air requires 2 x AAA batteries. The Ö-Norm and tube frame Door Lock Air requires 1 x 1/2 AA (LS 14250) battery. |

![]() | We recommend using lithium based batteries. |
![]() | CAUTION: There is a risk of explosion if the battery is replaced improperly. The replacement must only be with the same or specified type. Do not expose the battery to heat, fire, or direct sunlight. Do not recharge, short-circuit, or open the battery. Dispose of the used battery in accordance with local regulations. |

Commissioning↑
In delivery state, pairing mode will be active after the power supply has been established. This is indicated by the status LED flashing red/green/orange.
![]() | For Door Lock Air Inductive: The door must be closed during the pairing process to ensure that the device is powered via the inductive module. |
![]() | The Battery variant communicates via its own radio channel. Therefore, an NFC Code Touch Air (24 V), a Miniserver Compact, a Miniserver Go, an Air Base Extension, or a Tree to Air Bridge must be within Air range. |
Then follow the pairing procedure on the Air Interface.
To manually activate the pairing mode, remove the cover over the pairing button or the battery cover, and press the pairing button for at least 5 seconds.
![]() | For the Inductive variant: The door must be closed immediately afterward. |
