What is included in the prices?
The prices shown on this page for your example smart home reflect the cost of the LOXONE hardware. They do not include planning, installation, additional installation materials, configuration, or post-installation support.
Can LOXONE be retrofitted in my home?
Yes. With the Miniserver Go, LOXONE offers a control centre designed specifically for retrofitting projects, which uses the company’s proprietary wireless Air technology to enable wireless networking. Retrofitters don’t have to sacrifice any features, as all LOXONE Miniserver models use the same software. The difference lies in the type and number of interfaces, and in the fact that the Miniserver Go is not designed for installation in a control cabinet but is typically placed near your router.
Is there a fee for the app?
No, the LOXONE App is free and can be used by an unlimited number of family members. Talk to your LOXONE installer about setting up logins for each member of your household.
Are there any monthly costs or subscription fees?
A LOXONE Smart Home can generally be used without any recurring fees – app control and remote access are free of charge. Two optional add-on services are subject to a fee: Weather Service: provides location-specific weather data and forecasts directly to the Miniserver – ideal for automatic shading, irrigation, and temperature control.
