Key Tasks

  • Identifying potential leads through suitable platforms and industry contacts
  • Contacting and arranging meetings with decision-makers
  • Preparing offers and presentations for construction projects
  • Planning and specifying parts for projects with a supervisor
  • Supervising and encouraging the progress of assigned projects
  • Managing various components of a project including hardware allocation
  • Communicating with all stakeholders in the project
  • Identifying opportunities and collaborating on tenders with technology partners

Key Requirements

  • Passion for building automation / smart homes / green buildings
  • Experience in managing developer/construction projects
  • Working knowledge of building technology / construction industry
  • Motivation and drive to see long-term projects through to completion
  • Established communication skills with excellent command of English
  • Strong desire to achieve results
