We’re looking for someone with experience in an account management role, preferably in the building industry. You’ll be a natural people person; identifying potential leads, arranging meetings with potential clients and establishing a relationship with them while assisting in identifying which technology might be suitable for their project – be it residential developments, large commercial projects, MDU/Apartment buildings, etc.

We’re looking for someone with experience in an account management role, preferably in the building industry. You’ll be a natural people person; identifying potential leads, arranging meetings with potential clients and establishing a relationship with them while assisting in identifying which technology might be suitable for their project – be it residential developments, large commercial projects, MDU/Apartment buildings, etc.
Key Tasks
- Identifying potential leads through suitable platforms and industry contacts
- Contacting and arranging meetings with decision-makers
- Preparing offers and presentations for construction projects
- Planning and specifying parts for projects with a supervisor
- Supervising and encouraging the progress of assigned projects
- Managing various components of a project including hardware allocation
- Communicating with all stakeholders in the project
- Identifying opportunities and collaborating on tenders with technology partners
Key Requirements
- Passion for building automation / smart homes / green buildings
- Experience in managing developer/construction projects
- Working knowledge of building technology / construction industry
- Motivation and drive to see long-term projects through to completion
- Established communication skills with excellent command of English
- Strong desire to achieve results
