Christmas Hours 2025
This winter, our Loxonauts will be taking a well-deserved break over Christmas and New Year. We’ve had yet another great year – marked by excellent collaboration with our Partners.
The LOXONE offices will close at 14:00 on Monday, 22 December 2025. We will reopen on Wednesday, 7 January 2026.
Shipping & Orders
For the best chance of receiving your shipments before Christmas, we recommend that orders for Northern Ireland are finalised and paid for by 17 December, and for mainland UK we advise 19 December.
Our last day for sending orders out will be 22 December for orders finalised and paid for by 11:00.
Orders placed after this time will be shipped on 6 January 2026.
Important information about prepayment orders
Prepayment orders placed during Green Week with your 7% discount that have not been paid for by 19th December will be automatically deleted.
We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend that you settle any outstanding payments in a timely manner.
Support & Availability
Please refer to our online documentation which has a wealth of information to guide you through most troubleshooting steps.
You can also use the Support Assistant available in the Partner Portal. Simply click on My Tickets and start a new ticket for this feature.
A rota to check tickets every 24 hours will be in place during our Christmas closure. Where the matter is system-critical and urgent, we will endeavour to reply within 24 hours on weekdays (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day).
Support ticket requests will be answered as usual upon our return in January.
