We have carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the building, transforming it into a modern educational space with advanced classrooms. Thanks to the Loxone system, we efficiently and centrally manage the alarm, lighting, air conditioning, air renewal, video intercom, audio system, emergency system for adapted toilets and electrical consumption control. This holistic approach not only improves the functionality of the building, but also ensures a comfortable, safe and energy-efficient learning environment for all users.

We have implemented complete control of all of the functions mentioned above using just one Miniserver unit and its extensions (Relay Extension, Modbus Extension, Tree Extension, DI Extension), together with the corresponding peripherals. This centralised system allows us to efficiently manage everything from lighting to climate control and security, ensuring optimum performance and seamless integration throughout the building.
