The goal of this project was to create a smart office. The focus was on improving energy management. With the help of Loxone, smart energy management was implemented.

The Loxone Tree technology was used in this project, which requires little wiring. Menneke's wall boxes, which were integrated into Loxone's energy management system, are located in the parking lot in front of the office building. The integration of the existing photovoltaic system was also carried out without any problems. The available power of the PV system is distributed across all wallboxes. The attractive visualization in the Loxone app offers great added value, in which you can see at a glance how much energy is currently being consumed and produced. If you want to charge the cars quickly, the boost mode can help. This overwrites the normal energy management regulation. NFC tags are used for all accessibility in the building. For example, you can also activate the wallbox with an NFC tag.
