Poultry slaughterhouse

The main goal was to rigorously monitor energy at the transformer station and protect the facility from exceeding the requested power via an intelligent power blocker. The project assumed maximum utilization of PV energy for technological processes.

A Miniserver Compact and Modbus Extension were used to communicate with three grid analyzers and Sungrow inverters. The system analyzes the power balance in real time and, in the event of surplus, automatically activates the ice-making machines, storing energy in the production process. The Relay Extension controls 14 key loads.
