Unique to LOXONE

The aim of the project was to combine the classic character of a single-family home with modern building automation. The investor placed particular emphasis on comfort, security, and energy efficiency without compromising the elegant style of the building. To achieve this, a comprehensive Loxone system was used, which integrates intelligent DALI lighting control including individually customizable lighting scenes, automatic blinds and shutters that react to the position of the sun and the time of day, as well as multi-room audio for notifications and music in every room. The system is complemented by the seamless integration of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation, ensuring optimal living comfort at all times. Security is provided by an alarm system, surveillance, and NFC access control, while central control via a single app allows for easy operation both locally and remotely. The result is a house that actively supports the comfort of its residents and whose classic architecture is stylishly complemented by discreet, modern technology.

Take lighting, for example: it automatically adjusts to your mood and the time of day, so you always have the right light. Our automatic blinds and shutters ensure that everything is controlled automatically, depending on the amount of sunlight and your daily routine.

Heating, air conditioning, and ventilation can also be fully integrated. This allows you to enjoy comfortable room temperatures while saving energy at the same time.

For security, there is a comprehensive alarm and surveillance system that combines sensors, cameras, and alarm systems in a single system.

With NFC access control, you get modern and convenient access without the need for conventional keys.

Music lovers will get their money's worth with multiroom audio via the Loxone audio server—music in different rooms, all controlled via the app.

Our integration with Gerda Tedee locks ensures secure and reliable door locking, and gates or garage doors can also be seamlessly integrated into the system – for greater convenience and security.



And all of this can be controlled via the Loxone app – intuitively and from anywhere, even remotely.
