It was important to the customer to make the relevant functions of a “smart home” easy to use and available in an integrated solution, while keeping the technology largely invisible. Lighting, room climate, shading, heating and security monitoring are integrated via a mini server. All functions can be controlled via app on your phone, tablet and computer, and the number of switches in the rooms is reduced to a minimum.

The lighting in the residential building is controlled via Loxone with Dali to ensure the dimming functions do not flicker in order to get the most out of the different moods. In addition, shading, access control, to take just a few elements of the house, everything can be found here. The house can be controlled via the presence detector Tree or by touching the Touch Tree switch. When you leave the house, the alarm system can be armed using the NFC and reset again by entering the code. The underfloor heating in the individual rooms can be adjusted separately. The temperature is recorded with the Touch Tree. This means heating costs can be saved.
