Wellness in Rüters Parkhotel

A wellness area, renovated only a few years ago, was to be made even better - meaning ambient lighting and automated work processes (e.g. switching on the sauna area and whirlpools in the morning and switching them off in the evening) should be done more efficiently. Control over the ventilation and the heating was also required.

By using a Miniserver and mainly Loxone Air technology (Presence Detector Air, Climate Sensor Air, Compact Dimmer Air, Actuator Air, etc.), we were able to meet the requirements in this existing building through a suitable retrofit solution that did not cause significant "damage" by the likes of laying cables etc. The owner and staff are happy that daily routes through the entire hotel complex are now a thing of the past and can be controlled and monitored centrally from reception. The system also saves energy through the controlled switching on and off of electrical devices, as well as temperature regulation - a factor in energy saving that should not be underestimated.
