Shading is controlled automatically to minimize overheating of the interior and to protect furniture from sunlight.<br /><br /> Floor heating and ceiling cooling powered by an air-water heat pump ensures an optimal temperature in every room without a significant impact on the environment. Our clients can enjoy even and efficient heating in winter and pleasant cooling in summer.<br /><br /> Thanks to Loxone's multiroom sound system, homeowners can enjoy high-quality music throughout the home, including the outdoor terrace and garden with pool. This technology contributes to the ideal atmosphere for relaxation and fun, whether in a wider company of friends or a family idyll.<br /><br /> As part of our commitment to sustainability, we also included a luxury hybrid vehicle in the smart solution, which is parked in the garage and charged via a Loxone wallbox.
