Private villa on Lake Gard

Contacted by the client for the installation of a home automation system, once the Loxone system was illustrated, the client understood the system's functions and wanted total integration of the whole house.

The amount was already set as the pipes already laid for years for a non-home automation system were already present, installing all the controls was absolutely no problem but it was instead necessary to be able to prepare and install all the power supplies for the over 600 recessed RGBW spot.

Thanks to the exploitation of the existing rooms and new rooms created in the false ceilings, it was possible to install everything.

Obviously the client wanted total management of the sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation bed and whirlpool tubs and knipe and spa lighting.

Obviously the control of temperatures in the house for both heating and air conditioning. Obviously control of the outdoor pool with lighting, heating and cover management.

Thanks to the Loxone system we were able to manage the various systems present in the house, thanks to the ease of installation given by the Tree system and the link for various interfaces, the work was greatly benefited
