The construction of a new, age-appropriate villa in Nettetal posed the challenge of developing a comprehensive automation solution that meets the residents' specific needs in terms of comfort, security, and user-friendliness. Thanks to the careful implementation of a sophisticated automation solution, all areas of the house were impressively connected. The elegant Dali luminaires not only offer flexible lighting design but also create an atmosphere that reflects the residents' personal preferences. Automatic shading elements and intelligent climate control ensure a pleasant indoor climate at all times, regardless of external conditions.



A special highlight is the fully automated pool, which is intelligently controlled and monitored. Temperature measurement, filter pump, pool cover, and much more ensure regular and automatic cleaning of the pool filter, guaranteeing the best water quality. This ensures maximum comfort with minimal time expenditure.



The sauna was completely implemented with Loxone, offering the client the highest level of safety without sacrificing convenience. The harmonious interplay of heat, light, and audio creates an optimal feel-good climate.



The state-of-the-art sound system allows for individual music enjoyment in different zones, while simultaneously contributing to the safety of the residents through targeted alarm notifications. Access to the house and monitoring of the rooms are keyless and sensor-based, elevating residents' comfort and security to a new level. The automated control system has also been seamlessly integrated into the system to ensure maximum enjoyment with minimal effort. With the innovative Automatic Designer, residents can also customize their desired functions according to their personal preferences – all without any programming knowledge.
