Housing in the Balcón del Mar area of the town of Jávea, with magnificent views of the Portixol cove. The objective was that the entire home could be controlled both locally and remotely from a Tablet or Smartphone, being able to control lights, climate, pool, electric curtains, technical alarms, etc. in a simple and intuitive way for the user.

INEL has integrated the latest control and automation systems, both for the climate and DHW system and for lighting made entirely with LED technology, which integrates in an exceptional way with the home, creating backlighting of the walls made of ONIX Vulcano. The integration of the different communication buses such as KNX, DMX among others has been done, giving the home the necessary intelligence so that the user does not have to be aware of actions such as shading, climate, irrigation, etc...
