Challenge
The goal was to enable remote control of the recreational facility, as the owners live within an hour's driving distance. Therefore, if customers arrive, the owner will allow them to enter the building remotely. At the same time, the smart house allows you to control the parameters of the building, such as the temperature, the state of the water level in the tank and the waste in the septic tank. It also automatically starts the pool filtration in summer.
Solution
Loxone system with miniserver 1. Generation, extensions and dimmers, including RGBW dimmers.
The Loxone system was chosen at a time when there were not many system solutions on the market with a view to future expandability of the system.
