Challenge
The growing demands for a sustainable and efficient energy supply pose new challenges for both companies and households. Photovoltaic systems must not only achieve high energy yields, but also make the best possible use of the energy generated on site. It is also becoming increasingly important to share energy collectively, bill it efficiently and use surplus energy sensibly - for example for electric vehicles or water heating.
Solution
As Gerber AG Elektro + Energietechnik, we have installed a 43.2 kWp photovoltaic system for a customer that is optimally oriented to the southwest and northeast to make efficient use of sunlight. The system is designed to consume the energy generated directly on site.
By integrating it into a self-consumption association (ZEV), the energy is shared and distributed efficiently. In collaboration with Smart Me, we collect precise consumption data and create transparent electricity bills via a user-friendly cloud solution.
With Loxone, we use surplus energy for applications such as charging electric vehicles or heating water, thereby improving energy efficiency. We are proud to contribute to a sustainable energy supply with innovative technology.
