Villa renovation

The challenge with this villa was to integrate Loxone in all rooms, even though it was no longer possible to run all the cables. The solution was implemented as a hybrid, using both TREE and Air technology. One highlight was the installation of a tablet, which was seamlessly integrated into an existing switch combination - thanks to a custom-made bracket.



At the customer's request, a switch was also installed in the flush-to-floor shower, which makes it possible to control both the lighting and the music directly from the shower. The retrofitted photovoltaic system (PVA) is now also integrated into the system. It is visualized and controls not only the boiler, but also the planned heat pump in future.

The system was implemented as a hybrid solution in which both TREE and Air components were used. This combination allows the smart home technology to be integrated flexibly and efficiently.



A special detail of this project can be found in the shower: a touch surface was installed here, which not only impresses with its discreet design, but also with its versatile features. This modern control element allows both the lighting and other smart features, such as music control, to be operated conveniently and intuitively directly from the shower. This sophisticated implementation shows how modern technology can be seamlessly integrated into various living areas to maximize comfort and functionality.
