Two Homes, One Vision

The project encompassed two architecturally mirrored smart homes, designed to embody a shared vision of intelligent, contemporary living. The client’s brief called for a fully automated environment that seamlessly integrated cutting-edge technology with refined aesthetics. The core challenge was to engineer a unified smart home infrastructure across both properties — ensuring a high degree of automation, reliability, and user-centric control, without compromising architectural integrity or ease of use. Every system, from lighting and shading to climate, security, and access, needed to operate cohesively within a centralized, intuitive platform that aligned with the client’s forward-thinking expectations.

To fulfill the client’s vision, we implemented a fully customized smart home infrastructure based on DALI lighting technology for precise and efficient lighting control across both properties. A multi-room audio system was integrated to provide a seamless and immersive sound experience. To enhance usability, we incorporated Touch Pure Flex devices, simplifying and clarifying user interaction by offering intuitive and personalized control of all key smart home functions. Climate automation was achieved through the integration of Viessmann heating and cooling systems, ensuring optimal comfort and energy efficiency. All systems were unified within a centralized platform, delivering a cohesive, responsive, and future-ready living environment.
