Challenge
Loxone will manage the technology in the Pomezí top-residence apartment complex. Thus, the prestigious developer KKCG Real Estate Group relies on intelligent automation. The aim of the system is to further enhance the quality of living and the home comfort of low-energy residence buildings.
Solution
Loxone relieves residents of extra tasks. Temperature control and outdoor aluminum blinds on large-format windows will be smartly controlled. In some buildings, recuperation units with the possibility of switching performance modes will be connected to Loxone. The standards also allow for the control of the air conditioning or the security system. Terraced houses and villas will then receive Loxone Intercoms for smart access, the system will also take care of level sensing and topping up of retention tanks. In addition, residents will get the option of expanding many other functions according to their own preferences.
Due to the high level of standards of the Pomezí top residence, we were looking for a reliable top partner in each of the segments.
