Hotel Alpenrose

According to the Loxone Partner Helmut Krapf, Loxone was used for the project specifically because of how well it takes care of the hotel owners' many tasks automatically. The whole place can be brought to life with just a single tap on a Touch Pure switch – the perfect lighting mood, music and more can be switched on or off as needed. Furthermore, there are also pre-defined Operating Modes such as “Bar Operation” or “Breakfast Mode” which makes operation incredibly simple for all members of staff.

Controlled by Loxone’s intelligent zoned heating system, the rooms are always at the desired temperature whether the room is occupied with guests or vacant. Rooms that are not in use are kept at a lower temperature to save on energy costs. Music and lighting are also easily controlled, with the ability for employees to make quick changes to them in the App. Plus, no one forgets to switch the lights in the spa areas on or off any more thanks to Presence Sensors. Highlighting the hotel’s exterior, lighting is also controlled by Loxone to create that perfect ambience.
