Challenge
The aim of this project was to reduce the building's CO2 emissions by 50%, for which Loxone provided a large part of the energy control solutions in order to do this.
Solution
In this hotel, there is a Miniserver in each room, to control lighting, climate, door and window status. Traditional mechanisms were mixed with the Touch Pure Flex range, for climate control and room services.
Using Presence Sensors and its noise sensor, the room is automatically put into ECO mode, if no presence is detected.
By having integrated climate control, guests find the room at a pleasant temperature, which makes it the best welcome.
In the common areas, lighting is also controlled and regulated, to reduce consumption, just as the climate control ensures that guests are always at a pleasant temperature.
